Matt and his team were amazing to deal with. Greeted by Andrew and shown the car sim I was there to purchase. Whilst they prepared the order, Andrew was nice enough to set me up on one of these rigs, allowing me to cut 10 or so laps around Monza. Andrew and another chap were also kind enough to load my car sim into my van. Top service and products.

Worst customer service ever. I haven't received goods and a nightmare to deal with them. I do not know what is going on with their support system, but I am sure they are going to lose clients because of it. 0 stars for communication/service. Edit: it took trakracer less than 24h to respod to this review but i have been waiting over 2 months for a reply via email regarding my purchase. What a joke

I’d give no stars if it were an option. Ordered their new 2ch bass shaker amp and two shakers 8 weeks ago, but it’s not working in 2 ch. So I raised a ticket and returned it 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. Now the tickets are closed and no one is answering calls or emails. $900 and 2 months of wasted time. Come on team, pickup your game, I have over $3k of your products previously with no issues.

Ordered a TR120, arrived quickly, was time consuming to put together but is solid after. Thought I would go with them again since the first experience was good, so I ordered a front mounting plate for a new wheelbase I just bought as well as the rally wheel so I can use and mount the new base. These were both in stock so I thought the shipping and processing would be reasonable especially since they're both small items. This is now day number 20 after ordering and after emailing them a few times all they said was it was sent for shipping and I'll get a tracking number when it's dispatched, that was a week ago and still no tracking number or anything. I asked for a refund if the order wasn't sent soon so I think they told me it was shipped to avoid a refund but I could be wrong. I think their products are decent but the ordering experience is a bit of a gamble. Will definitely avoid ordering from them in the future.

Very impressed with the service when calling. I regret not getting the name, but the lady I spoke with regarding my order was fantastic to deal with. I was able to get an update on my order ETA, and after that organised to get the available parts shipped now while the delayed part would come later. The representative made it very easy to do this, and was extremely pleasant to deal with overall. I can't fault the support I've received thus far from the company and would highly recommend shopping here. Looking forward to the order arriving.

Top customer service and great to check out the Sim rigs and feel out some of the gear they have setup. However, The showroom HAS NO STOCK! I took a long trip through traffic after confirming if there was stock on the phone, only to find out there is NO STOCK in the showroom at all and it's all in a Dandenong warehouse. I'm shattered as I was about to go buy a cockpit and now I'm left without one for the long weekend.

Seriously, I removed my recent one star review thinking my issue had been resolved - promised something for free for the inconvenience, but then only received free postage. All fine. Then the order for the wheels arrives - they’re the wrong damn ones and again, no one answers the phone.

Have to give credit where it is due. The quality of the product is very very good. I purchased the TR160 MK4, quad monitor stand and VNM pedals, along with some add-ons etc. Initial postage was actually next day in Melbourne, and after an issue with the courier, Sam from Trak Racer went out of his way to get a part that was needed to me. These guys kept there cool even when I was frustrated, and I do thank them for there time and putting up with my emails etc. I'll be buying more from these guys in the future.

Don't buy from them. 1 MONTH and lots of emails for them to finally say 'its discontinued you'll be refunded', despite previously saying it's sent for shipping, and still being sold on their website (and other retailers). Horrible experience, highly recommend going elsewhere. For reference, price matched via jb-hifi website, ordered and ready in 10min, quite the comparison.

WOW!!!!! These simulators go way beyond anything I could have imagined. Definitely go to the showroom and try one out. ITS LIKE BEING IN A ACTUAL FORMULA ONE RACE CAR!!!!!

Very disappointed I ordered a item last Saturday express post paid the extra and a week later still haven’t received it was sent on the Monday I doubt they did send like I requested don’t bother getting express post as they don’t do it

Great quality gear but I can't put it together as after 14 days I still haven't got everything I ordered that was in stock. They withheld sending an entire kit over a week because a $40 piece of rubber mat accessory wasn't in stock despite the website saying it was in stock. Didn't contact me at all I had to chase it up. They still haven't sent a monitor stand I ordered 11 days ago and no contact about that. Their website says it's in stock? Their staff didn't contact to tell me it'd not in stock? No email? You finally get the gear and they are missing important accessories that were meant to be there... Just a joke. I have a kit I can't finishing building sitting here. No idea when they are sending the rest. No idea that everything will come that's meant to be there. Would not recommend these people to anyone unless you are buying locally. Or buy off of marketplace as you will save a lot of money and a lot of trouble!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced since google ratings were introduced. Visited the showroom in person on the 14/12. Quality looks awesome, I ask to buy and am told to do online. To ensure there’s no delivery issues I ask about the local pick up and am told 2-3 days 3.30 that day I order and receive an email confirming my order and will receive a pick up booking link within 2 biz days. That’s where it goes bad. No answered or returned message calls, all emails say same thing. You will be emailed when goods are dispatched. I respond that I am collecting and it is obviously a Xmas gift and get yet another email with the same form response. So $1,500 and 8 days later there’s no Xmas present on the horizon. Very disappointing indeed. If you are that under resourced and can’t fulfil don’t take orders.

Popped into TR today just happened to be working in Surrey hills. Absolutely insane. They have multiple sims setup to try ranging from 30k beasts to 3-4K setups, the staff member I dealt with was an absolute legend and they definitely know their stuff. They’ve won my business that’s for sure. Ps, unfortunately I will be a 3-4K sim guy but was still awsome to have a crack at some best sims I’ve ever seen. I’m also 6’2 and 130kg (fat) no issues at all if that helps anyone.

I had the opportunity to visit Trak Racer on Friday, and boy did they not disappoint. Matt, Ash and the team were super welcoming and took the time to take me thorough all their options - Matt even offered to deliver a rig himself to my door…..who does that these days!!!??? Superb customer service and an experience I won’t forgot. Keep up the awesome work!!!

I ordered the alpine racing trx. When it arrived I started the assembly and was missing the caster wheels I ordered. I contacted support within hours they got back to me and not only sent me the missing parts but during our email conversation we realized I did not have what I needed to mount my fanatec gt DD wheel. They sent me what I needed and even had all parts shipped to where I received them the next day. I do not think there is anything more they could have done to improve the excellent customer service I received. I wish most places would follow in their footsteps.

Popped down to the Surrey Hills office and was helped by Danny who was super patient and helpful with my 50000 questions. Thanks heaps a very happy customer!

I ordered an RS6 and it arrived within 2 days. Once assembled, I noticed the steering wheel mount was off centre by about 2 inches and my GT seat back was twisted. 6 weeks later, countless emails and a few phone calls, TR agreed for me to bring the rig to the shop in Brunswick for inspection. I met Dylan and Matt who agreed my rig had issues. We checked another RS6 in store which was similar. We all agreed to replace the RS6 with a TR8 pro with a very minor cost. The TR8 pro arrived today and after assembly I was relieved to now have this rig. It is perfect. Solid, centred, comfortable and it looks awesome. I was worried as the email and telephone service was average, but after meeting the guys in store, I couldn’t be happier.

Had some parts issues. Resolved. Anyone has issues. Just go straight to the shop.

Not sure what has happened in the past year internally for Trak Racer. However I purchased my TR8 Mk3 is September 2020 and their service was fantastic at the time and my TR8 does not wobble or is loose. If I was to be critical there is the tiniest bit of flex with an 8NM Fanatec DD, but nothing noticeable while driving and hard. Bang for buck it has been a great purchase and looks great. Have a mate with a TR160 and his rig is rock solid and top notch. I'm actually thinking up changing to this one as well, while I prefer the look of my Tr8 set-up and the seating profile, however due to a leg injury and being close to 50 the ground level low profile of the TR8, it is not as easy to get in and out of and the TR160 you can just step in and out of. I will give TR the benefit of having some hick-ups being a small business, let be honest even some of the biggest businesses are having challenging times at the moment for a number of reasons.

I just purchased the Trak Racer TR120. After twelve painful hours of assembly, I’m very disappointed in this expensive piece of rubbish. Not very sturdy. Lots of flex. Scratches easily. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere for a racing simulator.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Their customer service is terrible - no phone contact and when you make comments or enquiries via web forms, it can be days without reply. We are attempting to contact them about the order that has parts missing and they have gone silent. It’s extremely poor customer service. They have taken our money but now don’t want a bar of us to help get these parts into something that resembles a rig.

Product is good Wrong manual, wrong parts Most importantly not response to email If you guys start to improve customer service, i will change my review to 5 star.

These guys make the best Sim rigs on the market. High quality and very strong materials used. Very friendly staff and always willing to help out! Definitely recommend if you want to get a professional Sim setup.

To start the customer service has been bad. I know that things are a lot different right now with supply chain issues, increased interest in the sport, etc. In the end, the customer service blamed me for thier lack of communication. On to the product, its average. My TR8 is wobbly. The monitor stand wobbles and the wheel mount arms wobble. Im also extremely disappointed at mounting point for the shifter, its very far forward and there is nothing that can be done to fix it other than fashion a new top bracket. All in all, this is a below mid grade product. The fact that this product is quote mentioned on hundreds of sites" yet only has 4 customer reviews on the website should have been a red flag. Shop around and be patient for something of better quality."
