Highly recommend! Celebrated my husband's 40th at Doncaster's TSG last night using the beautiful décor Function Space. Thank you Victoria, Harry and staff for your professionalism and friendliness. To the kitchen staff- every single canape and main was absolutely delicious!! Many, many compliments on the food!

I visited the venue today for Australia Day and unfortunately, we had a few issues with our meal. While the Parma was eventually addressed, one of the other dishes didn’t arrive alongside it (chicken wrap) , and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to come out. My sister was quite hungry by this point and the venue wasn’t even busy. What was more disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from Alannah, the team member handling our table. She didn’t address the delay or offer any sort of compensation, even a small discount, when it came time to pay. In fact, she was quite rude, had an attitude and seemed very uninterested in resolving the situation. Good customer service is key in hospitality, and this experience was far below what I’d expect. It's situations like this that can lead to losing loyal customers, and unfortunately, this has made me reconsider returning.

The new manager turned me away from an empty restaurant because he said it was fully booked for the ufc. I have seen almost every ufc match at that place over the past three years there, and was literally their number one customer. Poor form.

Make sure you check with the waiter first about the waiting time for the food if you are in a hurry. I have 2 times where I waited 1 hour for the food to come. Ambience is good, nice and clean. Waitstaff are friendly and helpful too.

Went for the first time the other evening for a boys night. I had the Cheeseburger Parma, it was delicious, great portion size and went down well with a pint of beer. Loads of sports to choose from on the tv, overall a great experience.

I am surprised that this restaurant is not busier. The service was good the daily specials were great value.The only hiccup was an ingredient was missed in the salad.

Was introduced to this place by friend. Friendly staff, value for money meal on certain day. And their caesar salad is beautiful. Not to mention grilled ribs and fried chicken!

I recently dined at The Sporting Globe in Doncaster, and it was an overall enjoyable experience! This lively venue is perfect for sports enthusiasts, with a vibrant atmosphere and large screens broadcasting various games. The energy is palpable, especially during major sporting events. The menu features a wide range of options, from classic pub fare to unique dishes. I particularly enjoyed their wings, which were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The burgers are also a highlight; juicy and well-seasoned, they make for a satisfying meal. Plus, the extensive drink selection, including craft beers and cocktails, complements the food perfectly. However, we did have to wait quite some time for our food to arrive, even though it wasn’t insanely busy during our visit. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the delay was a bit disappointing. Overall, despite the wait, The Sporting Globe in Doncaster is still a great spot to enjoy good food and a lively atmosphere while watching your favorite teams play. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun dining experience!

Just wanted to let you know that thank you for the fantastic arrangement of the surprise party on the 6th of September. The guests were happy and had a great time, also the ambience of the room was really good. Also thank you for the prompt response every time I had a query :) Looking forward to hopefully hosting another event in the future again.

Tried to get some equal or other sugar substitute for my diabetic dad for his coffee. None. They brought sugar instead, which could have put him in hospital! Not happy & not good enough.

Tonight our family ordered the full rack BBQ ribs and it was a hit ! My dad really enjoyed it. Kudos to David who is very attentive and brings great hospitality to us and ensure our kids and family are well looked after. Definitely coming back for more!

Everything was average. We were there in group 4. We ordered ribs and different burgers. Also, we order a few drinks. all the items could be better. The food wasn't warm. It was very quiet but they served very slowly. Just the Apple pie cocktail was perfect.

Remember to order with their staff (though it’s impossible to get one) if you want to enjoy ‘kids eat free’ offer, otherwise you’ll need to chase them for two weeks to get a refund. A notice or a reminder would have been good. Most of their dishes are deep fried so majority of them are either dry or overcooked. The big TV for watching sports is good though.

Came here for dinner before going to a movie, food was delicious but it was stupid loud which meant you couldn’t talk to the group. Private event going on which had a cloth curtain separating the event from the main venue, they had their music blaring from 7pm onwards. Got a cocktail jug, pretty sure there was no alcohol in the beverage, just a $30 jug of lemonade with some blue colouring.

Not bad for a sports pub at a mall.

Slow service- 2 hamburgers and a plate of nuggets took over 60min to come out (and they got the changes wrong). The food is average, particularly for the price. Atmosphere fine. Expect lots of screens and noise.

Great day out at TSG today. It was my first visit and was really impressed. My wife and I were looking for somewhere to watch the AFL. The two front of house staff (ladies) were exceptional. Not only was the service great they put the game on the big screen for us and turned the volume up loud enough to hear the call. Thanks very much.

Went to celebrate a birthday dinner not long ago and was warmly greeted and seated by zoe. Zoe listened carefully and considerately to all our requests and made the special night extremely fun and worry free! Well done Zoe!

Wanted to have a special dinner with the family so we checked out TSG Tuesday Night Steak Specials. Greeted warmly by Harry, who was friendly, professional and efficient in taking our orders, and checking in that all was to our liking! Steaks done medium rare were spot on! Highly recommend you check out their weekly special lineups, and very impressed once again with the service that Harry provided our family!
