Honestly if I could give no starts for the food & service I would but sadly there is no option. I came here with my family of 8 Saturday night only to be left very disappointed. The customer service was absolutely appalling. The attitude given from the staff was actually shocking. On the other hand the food which was also absolutely awful and I think slightly over priced. I really think this place needs to consider a change! Neither myself or my family will be back after coming here on occasions for YEARS.

Update. Kids grilled chicken salad. Great real food for children instead of the usual dribble!!! Thank you for some better choices! Great new fresh look. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was great.

I had salt and pepper squid with salad, nice and hot and taste good.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered Rump steak it was that thin and small you could use it for steak sandwich asked for veggies would have cost another $6 extra. Ordered garlic bread didn't come out. They said I wasn't charged for it not my problem She wanted $10 I told her I am not paying for it it wasn't my fault. My daughters meal was off and smelt like fish bait. She asked for a refund. There were 8 of us and everyone's meal was terrible. So we won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Nice pub with some amazing views. Went here for a game of poker through APL. Gorgeous spot and the staff were lovely!

The staff are so welcoming, food amazing..but my experience on the Melbourne Cup day was poor. The sport bar had the music blaring over the races, even when we ask to turn down the music, your M.C was not entertaining, there was no novelty raffles, ( best male and female dress) hats etc. Overall there was no excitement.

Ok whare do I start I've been going to this tavern for 10 years AND THE FOOD WAS SHOCKING THIS TIME WHEN I WENT YESTERDAY No effort Under cooked chips Pork belly was soggy Snitty was not cooked properly Tasting plate was really bad !!! Sour cream with seafood... last time I new it was supposed to be tartre sauce?? I'll come back but not to Eat!!! HOPE YOU GUYS GO BACK TO THE QUALITY IT WAS IN THE PAST not happy

I ordered 2 roast pork lunches, when it turned up it was actually roasted pork belly, full of fat, rock hard uneadible. Sorry your new menu is unaffordable and unedable. BTW the service lady did not make it clear that it was pork belly not actual roast pork as advised

The food was beautiful, generous serving sizes, with several vegetarian options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were the only reason that I didn't rate the venue 5 stars- broken toilet seats and toilet paper rolls stuck on top of ?broken dispensers. Apart from the toilets the Regency Tavern is a great venue to have a meal out.

Not a bad place for a pokies venue, staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was quite nice and welcoming.

Great food at a reasonable price.

Ordered the roast lamb, asked for roast veggies instead of steamed veggies. Meal arrived plate had steamed veggies and roast potatoes, told staff member that I had asked for roast veggies he went and spoke to the cook who said they were roasted, I said they were not so the staff member said he would bring roast veggies. Veggies arrived on a separate plate were still steamed veggies. To me roast veggies are roast pumpkin and carrot plus sweet potato. The roast lamb warm not hot and cut into thick slabs and was dry, I struggled to cut with a knife, gravy was very sparse too. Was also disappointed onion rings were ordered as an entree they arrived hot and crispy but our meal came 5 minutes after. I have had amazing meals here but will not be back. I can understand if a place is busy meals can be prepared in a hurry but there was only my table and 4 other tables. I personally would give this place a miss what a waste of $60 as the pulled pork nachos that were also ordered were dry and cheese not melted through unfortunately didn't take a photo of the nachos. Since the new chef. Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down hill. Won't be back and won't recommend.

Had chicken burger and chicken carbonara And a side of chips The burger was really spicey what ever the sauce they use. Chicken was very nice The Carbonara Pasta was $5 extra for chicken. And there was maybe 3 or 4 very small slithers of chicken so it was a rip off. The chips on the side were the best part about the meal

Came in last night I would of given it to the 2 female staff members and the security guard on how they handled the patrons that were yelling and screaming just trying to get aggressive toward each other if it wasn't But the staff and security handles it very well and other patrons were happy to see how they all handled it I believe that on poker nights security should start prior to poker starting just so everyone feels more safer coz when those patrons act like they were then some of the patrons have been feeling abit unsafe

Food was average however prices have jumped like most hotels. Schnitzel was a bit dry and mushroom gravy lacked flavour. The pavlova was nice to finish with though

We recently held our volunteer end of year function at Regency Tavern in the Atrium and had a wonderful time thanks to Gordana’s fantastic work and support leading up to the event and the great staff on the ground on the day - thank you all for making everything so easy and enjoyable!

Gordana has co-ordinated my company’s work Christmas party at the Regency Tavern for 8+ years now. She is always so organised, friendly, and maintains such a level of professionalism and care in ensuring our events run smoothly. Great staff, great food, big open spaces – which keeps us booking year after year!
