Imagine having a contact number and not actually having an option to talk to someone in store about an issue with a product you sold them. Instead I have to be more inconvenienced and have to head into your store or write my issue down in a chat online and hope that you actually give a damn.. Pathetic after sales support.
Went into Officeworks Frankston for some Pictures to be printed and was attended to by Erin - what a breath of fresh air this young lady was and she gave the air of efficiency and enthusiasm that I totally enjoyed - I spent less than $20 but judging by the service by Erin it did not matter - a fantastic representative for Officeworks - Go Erin you deserve this. Carol Hancock so well done to you.
Waste of time service non existent and why bother paying staff who look down on the customer then turn away without helping them

Absolutely love the hardworking ladies at the printing station! They are incredibly helpful and patient, always going above and beyond. It must be so tough handling all the diverse needs of customers, and I feel they don't get the recognition they truly deserve. Just wanted to let them know how much they are appreciated. Thank you for your amazing work and dedication!

I received my delivery but the ink cartridge doesn't work with my printer and there is no way to call and talk to you, I'm going to make sure that you are found a countable for scanning the public
After going to the Apple store and Consumer affairs who told me to go to Officeworks as I purchased an IPAD in 2021. Come to 2024 the IPAD will not power on. Apple found no misuse of the product and under consumer law there is reasonable durability that the product should last. Well Officeworks say it's not there product and they won't cover it. They say reasonable durabitly is 2 years. Well a $646 product should last a lot longer than 2 years. I will now not purchase an expensive item from Officeworks again and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this sort of product from them if this is what you get.
Went to Frankston Store looking for a new mobile phone. Harrison was really knowledgeable in respect of range of stock, and went above the normal customer assistance by doing much to set up the new phone. Really appreciated and many thanks Harrison.
Absolutely shocking service by incompetent and rude workers who clearly don’t want to be there and can’t be bothered to help customers. If I’m paying for a service, I expect the people to help and not be directed to a self serve machine that they don’t even know how to fix/use when there is an issue. Beyond shocking

Bad service from the woman who has take responsibility at printing out counter. I’m going there on 27/04 and don’t know how to printing. There were two female employees, both of whom were serving other customers. So I stood and waited for them to service customers. At that time there was no one else in line. After waiting for a while, there were other customers come and waiting for services, they stood next to me. When one of the employees finished serving, she skip me and told me to get in line for service. She didn't even ask me who came first. And just tell me into line. So, I’ve said “even I just want to know how to use the printing machine by myself” And she still tell me to get the line. So I walked away from the counter and tried to read how to print the document myself. However, Another employee came to help me. However I feel very bad about the first employee service.
Bella at the Frankston store helped me very quickly, she was very friendly and is wonderful at customer service. Thanks Bella for your service, job well done, your Parents should be very proud of you.

Clearly none of the staff really want to be here and it reflects in the customer service, rude and condescending.

Went in to get some printing done back in January. I was helped by a young staff member named Steph in the copy & print department, and she was incredibly helpful! I needed to organise a sign for a Hens day, and I wasn’t sure what size/resolution to print to ensure quality wouldn’t be lost. Steph was amazing, and even with all my questions and a distracted mind, she was able to guide me to what ended up being the best advice. The print looked amazing, and the now bride was so happy with the sign. My only regret is not asking for the print to not be rolled up on Collection. However, I was able to easily straighten out the print and use double sided tape to stick the poster onto the canvas I bought for the print…(again, this was Steph’s idea) - amazing customer service!
Manager was rude and accused my partner of dropping her apple watch causing it to have hardware issues after a few weeks from purchase. With no scratches or damage to the watch..
Definitely recommend these guys. Service was fantastic even though we all know what time of year it is. Thanks to all the staffs.

Been sold the wrong Cartledge despite having the Sample with me. Was told that it was for any Epson model. Tried for several days for printer to print. No exchange, of course.

I went to the frankston store this morning to print a couple of things , I was acknowledged immediately by a beautiful young girl (Jena) I told her that I wasn’t familiar with the self serve and straight always she replied “aw no problem, I’m happy to help!” She didn’t leave my side thru the whole process and she was super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations for such a simple thing! After she assisted me, I went on to print some pictures and I could still clearly hear her in the background with the same attitude of friendliness to the other customers! Thanks to you Jena for making my visit to officeworks easy! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Monday 21 August, it took three computers and 1 hr 15 minutes to print my photographs. I return home to realise there were 17 photographs missing from the prints, and so I had to return to OfficeWorks. The girl behind the counter was very helpful in resolving the issue.Thank you! Fast forward to Wednesday 23 August. at 8:30 am. Printing department is absent of customers. I ordered same day poster print out. A member of staff, Steph, was dealing with one customer and she explained it could be an hour for the poster as it depends when another member of staff arrives to help. Once that member of staff arrived (it’s been 23 minutes at this point), I asked if they could assist as I could see Steph was now on a machine. She walked over to Steph and explained she could help and load the paper in the machine to get things started. Steph replied audibly and with sass, “I told her it’ll be an hour!”. I obviously heard and corrected her. To which she replied “well it’ll be 20 minutes whilst I load the paper”. Then she proceeds to serve another customer, even though her colleague Emily, had the desk covered. It was as though she was trying to find ways to purposely delay printing it out, as if to prove a point. Either that or she doesn’t know how to print a poster? 35 minutes in, and the printing department is completely empty, and there’s three staff behind the desk. The printer is jamming and she’s having issues resolving it. 10 minutes in and the machine still won’t print, and she’s calling others in the store to help. It’s now been over an hour… The supervisor Julie rocks up, and confirms the machine is broken and leaking ink everywhere and so it’ll be 24 hours for the poster. She was polite and apologised for the inconvenience and refunded me. Off I go to KMART printing… Save yourself time, money and sassy customer service and go elsewhere.

I visited there today with the intention of purchasing a laptop the IT person left as I walked in the door. I wandered around and it took some time before I eventually made my purchase. I think it's pathetic service from that baldy mcwhiteston.

Most pathetic upgrade to the printing system at office works. I just wanted to print an AO size single document and I cannot do so without booking it in and coming back tomorrow. The resolution system wouldn’t allow me to print what I wanted and had to settle for what it would allow. Paying $38 for one single print and having to pick it up the next day is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time. The new system doesn’t work, it’s meant to save time and I was there with one helpful lady for an hour trying to figure out how to crop the picture to fit, in which it never did. Pathetic
Awful slow service. Photo machines always have issues then you need to line up… 25mins plus to have someone assist, while 5 people behind the counter stop to chat about lunch. All officeworks photo systems are fairly bad but this one tops it
As we always say, in the click-and-collect days, it is the people on the ground that make the difference. And, the girls and boys here are just gorgeous! Special commendation (drum roll)... to Andrew in IT. Came in with a question about connecting multiple monitors to a single PC. -OK, you can see I am old but still, old people also need multiple monitors, right?- Anywho, this man knew all the answers. Such a joy dealing with people who take pride in their work. Thank you Andrew and team.
How many people does it take to turn a light on at Officeworks? Went to get a passport photo and the young girl didn’t want to help as she was busy talking to her friend about what Uni courses they’re taking. Another guy couldn’t figure out how to turn the light on upstairs, although at least he pretended to help. 20 mins later they said sorry, you’ll have to go somewhere else. Laughable 😂
Second time in a two weeks that I've received the wrong item from what is ticketed and displayed on the shelves and had to return. First time with a Liquitex artist paint displayed in the wrong ticketed area as the wrong shade of black and then today with the wrong computer chair displayed and labled as the wrong item. The paint I shrugged off and returned with replacement without fuss, but when I spend near $300 on a chair I expect ro recieve the right item. Poor attention to stock replenishment and a major inconvenience to have to rebox and return for the correct item. Staff in charge of stock replenishment need to pay more attention in there job! Seems to be a reccuring issue with this particular store in Frankston

It's a good place to find what you need from office stationery to children's and adult art supplies. Good take if printers, laptops, notebooks and accessories. The staff in the printing section, equally amazing.
Went to Officeworks Frankston at 4pm Xmas eve to research for a first phone for my son. Found one for $297. Being closed yesterday we went this morning and they have increased the price by $90. Boxing Day sales what a joke!!! We were happy to pay the $297 but not $390. Absolutely disgusted they would raise the price the day they know everyone is out for the sales! Shame on you Officeworks!!!

Alright store but you can't recycle batteries anymore which is a very good way of saving the environment. NOT! :( the staff couldn't tell when it coming back. Ridiculous.
Just don't go in half an hour before closing time. They are ready to head home at that time

Computers / Tablets / I-pads etc..... Computer software & Desks & Chairs & plenty more .....!!* The staff very prompt & Service with a Smile....
Today, I found I could no longer print on both sides of a sheet of A4 paper!? There is no way with the OfficeWorks printer alone to print a leaflet that is not blank on the other side! I had to use a crude work-around of feeding two printed single-sided printed pages into the photo-copier in order to get multiple copies double-sided printed pages. I couldn't even use the photo-copier machine myself - whether it was a faulty photocopier or my own failure to figure it out is not clear to me. So a staff member kindly operated a photocopier behind the desk for me. This is a breathtaking backwards leap in technology on the part of OfficeWorks. My two star rating is a compromise between one or zero stars star for the management of Officeworks and five stars for that member of the Officeworks staff.
In 3 days I have used office works (Frankston) twice at night and this morning Young guy at printing counter was really helpful n pleasant… From the moment I walked in I was greeted by an older gentleman, great 👍 service.. proceed to counter (printing) I had issues with my card signing in then paper jammed This young guy was extremely helpful n explained why n what was happening . I take my hat off .. loving your job shows in customer service I give you 500/100 Thanks for making it easy n helpful some of us oldies aren’t techno savvy 😜😜👌

went to look and purchased a new iPhone today. only had the iPhone 13s on display. couldn’t even look at our options although “lots of other models in stock apparently” Who would buy a new phone without seeing it first? Crazy.
Absolutely disgusted. Came in with my little sister to see an older man (I believe they said the name was Cash?) was being rude looking disappointed to have to print multiple papers for a customer. Also heard him say if this isn’t the right one we are not printing another for you. So rude that the customer said to him that he needs to smile and cheer up. Then when I got to the counter, I simply asked for my A5 documents to be printed on A4 paper and cut down as a lovely girl did for me a few days prior. Instantly this guy grabs the other workers starts laughing and looking at me as if I am incompetent. I asked him if he could just do it and he kept laughing not comprehending what I was talking about. When he left I explained to the worker and I noted how absolutely rude this man was. The worker also said that this was too much work to do as it was 40 pages. What a disgrace

Very poor service today from Steve (who was from the IT department). My wife wanted to try on a Garmin watch, as she has quite a small wrist, cost was in excess of $500. When she politely asked if she could try one on, the reply was a stern “No”. The policy of not permitting customers to try these products on is one thing but the attitude of Steve on top of that really sucked. Hey Steve, how about a kind “Sorry, our store policy does not permit us to do that” or an “Unfortunately, we we cannot…”. It simply amazes me how poor customer service still exists…were you asleep during the “Customer Service 101” course Steve? We of course took our business elsewhere and will never shop at the store again.
The staff members could not find the product I was wanting to purchase even though their computers said there were multiple of them in stock....

Needed assistance with amalgamating 2 Word docs before printing as Laptop in for repairs. Dylan in the printshop went over & above line of duty to get the finished product I needed. Helpful staff & good clean environment.

Never recommend this officeworks. They couldn't even print out in A1 size. Useless stuff. I called them to check with them if they do print A1 size. They said yes. Then I went there. They didn't know how to do it. Don't waste Ur time there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful stuff.
Over 1hour on photo kiosk with no help. 4 machines not operating correctly. Overrall office works needs to improve their photo printing service.

Do not buy iphone or ipad or any apple product from officeworks they advertise Manufacturer's Warranty Don't be fooled I brought a iphone 12 mini the phone is faulty from day one. Apple support have been great trying to get it to work on itunes They said we will change it over for new phone as I had only had the new phone a few mouths. When I said I brought it new from officeworks they said Sorry we can't help you. So I take my new phone back to officeworks they will not change it over. so they say there could be a assessment fee and if it needs parts they can use second hand parts on my new faulty phone under there warranty. Apple don't use second hand parts or charge you a assessment fee under the manufacture Warranty. I got ripped of bad

Spent all day trying to ring them...seem that they do not answer calls although they give you all the extensions. I finished up trying every one, nothing. Did an click and collect order, friend picked it up for me, drove half an hour. I opened bag...you probably guessed, wrong order. Tried to ring them, no answer as always. Drove back to try to sort it out. Finished up, a simple thing taking a couple of hours. Officeworks Frankston,is a shocker.

Never ever buy online from them. Ordered a phone 29th August still has not arrived. Rang them 8th September and they said will ring me. Now 14th September no phone no call. They are a joke. I have disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back. I now have a great phone from Big W. Never use office works. Customer service needs to be sacked.

I extremely happy with the prompt service that I received. I had received a parcel and had a damaged product from an different Officeworks and Frankston Officeworks is my local Officeworks. The staff were able to help me get a undamaged product. Thankyou Kevin you amazing.
After having been to this officeworks store numerous times of the years, I cannot fault them. They've always had what I needed, and if they didn't their staff have been helpful to try and locate it. I've used their click and collect service during Covid-19 and its been super simple and straight forward every time. Keep up the fantastic work.
