Very helpful staff

Hi, today was my first time at Jaycar South Morang. The service was great. I walked in and not even a second later an employee asked if I need help. I was in and out of the shop in no more than 5min. Thanks for the help! Definitely recommend Jaycar if you are after electronics!

I had the most fantastic experience at Jaycar in South Morang, all thanks to Jess! From the moment I walked in, Jess greeted me warmly and listened attentively to my needs. Her knowledge of electronics was impressive, and she guided me through the store with patience and expertise. The store itself is well-organized, with a wide selection of electronics and accessories neatly displayed. Jess not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for but also offered valuable advice on how to set up and use the products effectively. Really good service and advice. It's a 3d printing enthusiasts dream. Staff work ready hard to make sure you find what you need and are great with technical advice. I think this store has beaten Bunnings for my favourite store to browse. Maybe if that had a sausage sizzle outside on the weekend? 🤣

Much closer to home than the Thomastown store, and it seems a bit bigger - so maybe a larger range? Either way, I needed power cables, they had them, the shop guy knew exactly what they were and where, and all done in a flash. Excellent service, AND cheaper than Amazon. Win.
