Very good service. Friendly, helpful, fast.

The guys were extremely helpful, I was helping my nephew build his first pc. It was Sunday and we rushed to the store with only 20min left until closing, we left the store just after 5pm with all the parts, any other store would have simply asked us to come back the next day when there would be more time. Safe to say by Sunday night my nephew experienced his first PC build and was over the moon.

I consulted with centrecom to buy a rack mounted case and slides. The slides that they gave me was the wrong model, when I took it back they wanted to charge a restocking fee. I had contested this, and had to wait in store for a manager for 1.5hrs ... After which they conceded and didn't charge the restocking fee. The receipt that I had, listed both the rack mount case and the slides. They conceded that it would have been something I had picked up since it was behind the counter. I wasted my time and had a shite experience. I'd probably will now only buy at centrecom if I'm super desperate.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever i spent $1400 on a new laptop and it was a dud from the get-go. i spent hours upon hours with HP Support trying to fix it and eventually they deemed it BSOD and essentially broken. they gave me written documentation to give to CentreCom in order for me to get a refund or replacement. Upon going to CentreCom to organize this, they said they need to send to their Tech team (which HP didn't say that was needed) in order to give me a refund or replacement. as i needed a laptop to run my business i was forced to buy a brand new laptop to get me through the week. now the ruined laptop is ready to pick up and they wont give me a refund - now i have 2 laptops! i would HIGHLY recommend you buy elsewhere

Peter was a great help with selecting our PC case. Really helped us narrow down what we wanted and gave us the best advice. Along with helpful PC building tips.

Looking for computer ram, struggle by different speed of ram to sync to my existing one, they have range of ram to suit your need. Staff named Peter approached me and ask if i need assistance, he found what i need accurately and even look for the existing discount i can apply to my purchase. Friendly, and outstanding service i ever have.

Very bad customer service and exchange policy, the keyboard was not working properly hard to press ans made making mistakes with typing and he ( the service desk guy with glasses) typed even he typed wrong a few words said this is how it works , never buy from there as if the product is not right u can’t exchange they will blame the producer.

Peter was very helpful in helping me find what I need, and recommending me a monitor and some other accessories. He was friendly, polite and well attentive - thank you for the positive experience as it was my first time in any Centre com store! Hope to be back sometime soon.

I have recently purchased a desktop computer, 2tb internal hard drive and an Lenovo IdeaPad laptop. I couldn't praise the staff enough especially Tommy who was able to answer all my questions and help me with my purchases and installing my hard drive. Would highly recommend the Clayton store.

Staff were friendly, but customer service and all other aspects were below poor, wanted to refund an iten and it took over 25 minutes of testing, and in the end, they gave me store credits. Recommend other computer stores instead.

Extremely inefficient staff. Some are outright rude and treat customers with a lack of consideration. I placed a click and collect order for ONE item, which in theory should be the most time-saving pathway to buy something from this store. The 1-hour collection promise on their flashy website is just not existing! I went the next day after my order and, after three phone calls to their call centre and one email, I had to end up going to check and see where my order was. I was presented with a rude attitude and a request to wait for up to 30 minutes, which ended up being 1:05 minutes, having to run around the store for someone to check off the item. Safi at the store convinced me that this is the lowest point of customer service anyone could get, exclusively at Centre com Clayton! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Peter helped me out with finding the right case for my pc and gave me insights on good placement for my fans and x63 kraken.

Im sure I could mention prices or store layout etc., but I went into CentreCom Clayton to buy 2 monitors, it was super crazy busy, I was helped by a guy named Tony. 10* customer support, i live with a disability, he couldn’t immediately get my goods, so he came out, identified my car (where I had to wait because I couldn’t stand) and checked in with me (at my car) after he got the goods up from the warehouse and processed the monitors quickly and painlessly and then loaded them into my car. The few extra minutes he took to serve me were invaluable and definitely means I will shop first at CentreCom Clayton.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Store is well stocked and lives up to all my nerd dreams.

Absolutely Horrible! The place was very busy, but they only had 1 person on the floor (probably to save costs so the CEO can buy another yacht). Finally when the floor staff could get to me, after 5 minutes, they just decided to ignore me and get onto the next person. Funnily enough, after 2 minutes they stopped helping them too and went onto the next, leaving both of us just standing there. After an hour of waiting I left. Never again... enjoy your yacht, though.

Purchased a laptop today Julian was a fantastic very very helpful.

Slight queue at checkout. This is always a but slow. But it does seem to have some of the best prices. Selection is a bit more limited, focused toward gaming hardware rather than high end.

Very very poor customer support. Denying the problem I am facing with my device. Failed to resolve the problem from the last 3 months.

Recently bought a monitor here along with my setup. It took over a course of 2 days to finally build my pc and when I went to finally open my monitor box, there was a chunk of dead pixels in the corner. Went to the store to get it returned and get a replacement however was told that they needed to ship it off to MSI for whatever reason, and gave me an estimated time of 2 weeks wait time. Fast forward 3 weeks theres no word, I call to get an update on the monitor. I was told I would have an update by that day or the day after. No word. Approaching 4 weeks and I'm still down a monitor. I'll probably never return to this store again. If you ever got a faulty product, and the person's name is Elliott, best believe you won't get your purchase back anytime soon.

10/10 Customer Service. Peter, VJ and another tall young gentleman (Unfortunately I don’t remember his name and I believe he recently left) were incredibly helpful, patient and you can tell they actually care about providing you with knowledge and a good product rather than just making a quick sale. Would highly recommend coming here for any inquiries or services!!

Just got my triple monitors I purchased couple days ago set up. Extremely satisfied with the staff recommendation. Couldn’t ask for better pricing anywhere else. Shoutout to Elliot 🔥

I was sold a prebuilt pc that had horrible cooling and constantly overheated. Not only that but I was told I had to wait two weeks to be repaired under warranty but the kicker was I had to pay an express repair fee of 150$ for it to be done sooner. I then had to pay an extra $150 for cooling as I wasn't promised it wouldn't overheat again. Moral of the story, go elsewhere. I know I will be in future.

Really happy with my experience at the Clayton branch. Tommy in particular was very helpful even if I arrived 10mins before closing,he was very accomodating and made sure I get the right items and didnt even rushed me.

I visited the Clayton store to purchase a PSU, keyboard, mouse, and a spare part for my PC case. I was attended to by Safi. He was very helpful in giving me good, professional advice on the items I needed. If you ever visit the Clayton store, look for Safi. I highly recommend that store.
