It was cold in Melbourne, went there looking for warm hoodie, cardigan, sloppy Joe to no avail. Big clean shop with only one checkout chic to serve so the line was long waiting to get to her. We waited!!!

I am happy they have a directory at the entrance.

Customer Service is appalling. I needed to dispose of litter and saw a bin in the checkout area, walked in to dispose of said litter and got questioned why I wasn't walking in through the entry provided. ANSWER: I CHOSE TO WALK THROUGH THE EXIT NUMBNUTS YOU DONT HAVE A BIN PROVIDED AT THE ENTRY, I SAW THE BIN, YOU INTERRUPTED ME THEN I DISPISED OF MY LITTER ACCORDINGLY. I ALSO CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE BECAUSE OF YOUR INTERRUPTION. I CLEARLY KNOW WHY I WALKED IN THROUGH THE EXIT AND WHAT OF IT ANYWAYS? IS IT ILLEGAL TO WALK THROUGH THE EXIT? NO IT IS NOT. I AM NOW TAKING MY CURRENCY TO KMART FOR THEIR BOXING DAY SALES. NO SOUP FOR YOU TODAY BIG W.

Very poor customer service, I have been there two times to collect my order, they said it will be ready by 4 pm, I waste my time 5 hrs waiting for my order to be picked up. Also contact support team they assured me will be ready by 4pm. I wait until 7 pm and they said not ready yet, they have the item in stock, on shelves there are heaps of that item. Very rude behaviour, the customer service just turn away and neglect my request. Very rudly They said, cancel your order wait for 4 business days for money to be back to your account. Never suggest to anyone, I am writing the email to raise the case to the managers, as they ruined my whole day waiting around 6 hrs instead of processing my order.

Was there on 19th Dec 5pm at lay-bys counter the 2 staff who were there where amazing the lady helping on click and collect and the tall man with mimi mow hawk hair style were very attentive and polite when it was obvious how flat out they were with a long line of people. Helped locate the item I was after that was not out on the floor. Thanks helps they deserve the recognition for there hard work at this busy time of year.

The isles are to small. You struggle to pass people coming the other direction.

With all the new walls put in i just see this as another opportunity for the prices to go up while the theives keep stealing whatever they please. I dont like the changes made to the store. I dont see the sense in it. Following trend isnt always the best thing. But a sheep is a sheep.

Absolutely disgusting service from front door greeter. Abysmal attitude and customer service skills. If it’s 6:10pm and you close at 6pm, SHUT THE DOOR. Doesn’t matter if there’s a customer, you can open the door when they are leaving!

The customer service was absolutely horrendous, from the makeup section to the balloon section. Was waiting 15+ minutes to grab my balloons from the counter (after waiting the required 15 mins to get them sorted). All the workers ignored me when i was waiting to grab them as I was looking at them on the counter waiting for me to collect, and I was just treated horribly by the staff which i’ve never really experienced before. Some of the other staff were absolutely lovely though. Won’t be coming back.

Big W Karingal is a nice store with bright lighting, making it easy to browse. The place is clean and tidy, which creates a pleasant shopping environment. However, the selection isn’t very extensive, so you might not always find what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a decent store for quick visits.

Busy but good variety.

The store updates are finally complete. It's clean, fresh and spacious. The staff (when you can find some) are friendly and helpful. It's a pity they took away the price check posts though.

GOOD STORE

Purchased two pairs of work pants, it was great till I was stopped at the front of the shop by a post pubescent kid who asked to see my receipt. He thought he was a bit important and took issue with me when I said I didn't have one due to me using my rewards card and the receipt was on my phone. He looked less important when I simply walked off after he declined to step aside and chat with me about it.
