I purchased a Brass Monkey fridge last year from this store and the service then was excellent. I had a question today about the fridge and phoned the store and talked to Jessica. Her product knowledge and attitude was exceptional. Jessica was able to answer all of my questions and is a credit to this business.

In store, the team members were super helpful.

Looked for a JOW parallel" connector but got recommended an "inline connector" instead. Staff must be having a really bad day."

I didnt catch the gentleman's name however i did intend on buying an antenna with rabbit ears however after some valuable insights and great advice i purchased a Google Chromecast and it works perfectly. Thank you for the advice around this.

First of the customer service on the phone from the call centre is the reason I'm leaving this review. Keenan or Keating was the guys name, he called around d shops checking stock levels asking to reserve my 3d printer and was super helpful. I then went to the Eltham shop and was greeted by great service. The guy (sorry forgot his name) that is responsible for the 3d prints in the shop was super informative and helpful. 10/10 would shop jaycar again

Great range, price and service

Very helpful staff that have real knowledge of electronics. Helped solve a difficult issue preventing me from having to go into the city for unusual parts by offering a very good and effective alternative way to solve the problem. Easy parking and a great range including good projects for kids.

Enjoying the toys and hobbies that Jaycar exclusively get, l purchased a Remote control Monster truck and even though my warranty period had elapsed, store manager Joe consulted With area manager Paul and honoured my request, swapping it for a brand newie. All class and they went beyond to satisfy and help a good customer. They have just created a great customer, because good-will travels far !

One of the only electronic stores left and they are brilliant. The know their stuff and are willing to spend the time with you. I gladly buy from here even when I could source some (not many) parts elsewhere.

Just returned from Jaycar Eltham. I have to say that I probably received the best Customer Service ever. I wish I had asked the name of the person who served me. He was a gentleman probably in his early 50's. My purchase was not a very big one but with the service I received you would have thought it was in the hundreds. I was going to drop into Bunnings after finishing business at Jaycar to buy a powerboard but the service was so good that I purchased it there. I signed up as a member and I will definatly being goind back when I need anything electrical. The staff make all the difference. Thanks You

Friendly and knowledgeable

Great new store, maybe 6 months old. Came here to get a washer for my Nissan, Nissan wanted $8.00 per washer, at Jaycar I can buy a 25 pack for $3.50. Love the customer service and a clean store! One can argue this is the BEST jaycar store I have ever been to. I will be back!
