Purchased a TV through the Springvale store. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you guys

upgraded my bedroom portable air con to a 3.5 kw panasonic split system. Very quiet especially in quiet mode (literally have to listen hard to hear it) excellent cooling. But the most surprising thing was to wake up with no head/sinus congestion. the nanoe x had done its thing to purify the air in my bedroom. What i thought was a gimmick turned out to have a very positive effect on my health. Thanks Sandy for your advice and good price, thanks Frank for doing the install within the week of purchase

Called the store yesterday-(Wed) to check stock of an Electrolux Silent Performer Vacuum Cleaner. Stock was on hand. Arrived Thursday morning & after being greeted by store owners father, once I explained the vacuum etc He was straight into it & soon had it on the front counter ready to go. Store owner son soon appeared & was as equally friendly & helpful. Took down my details for warranty purposes. Both delighted in seeing cash for payment. Store owner said he has an earlier series of same Electrolux Silent Performer vacuum and rated it well His father was nice enough to offer a quick exit via the rear shop door which saved a walk around to car park area. Ohh and the vacuum really worked a treat !! Just the appliance I require with 3 Jack Russel Terriers starting to malt their winter coats 😀😀 Quick run around with the Silent Performer & jobs done. Thanks again guys. Lot better experience than the previous day at the Frankston power centre Godfrey’s store -they are not even aware of this current Electrolux model…true story…

Very disappointed service. They refused to give me a refund for a faulty product I purchased from them. They just said I HAVE TO contact the company myself-which I’ve had to use all my time and energy to contact the company back and forth which they don’t get back to me and waiting all weekend for them as they’re closed all weekend. This should be (Springvale Betta home and living) THEIR job to do this not mine. Never ever have a company ever refused a refund if I return within certain time frame. This tv never worked- just shows dark grey screen. Very very upset and this isn’t fair. Please don’t purchase from this company they are dodgy as hell!!!!!!!!!!! All they’ve done is taken my money which is over $600. I will take legal action. Betta home and living don’t bother msging me back cos all you’ll do is sugar coat it all by saying please contact us- you WONT do anything about it so don’t lie when you say that- do everyone and yourself a favour and just accept this cos it’s your fault and you need to take the blame. Hope this affects your reputation.

Our old Miele vacuum cleaner broke down and Betta could deliver a new one almost immediately and at a great price. Thanks

I recently purchased Artusi cooktop and oven from Betta Electrical in Springvale. Sandy not only gave me a good price but also helped me to choose a right cooktop and oven that would fit perfectly in the cut out space of my current blanco appliances. Sandy is very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge when it comes to appliances. Very happy with my new cooktop and oven. Good advice and good price. I ordered an LG smart inverter microwave oven from Betta Springvale, after research & price comparisons online. I was served by Sandy, a very helpful, pleasant, polite & efficient gentleman. Sandy’s customer service is second to none. He is also knowledgeable on a range of microwave ovens & other household products. I strongly recommend Betta Springvale store.

Biggest mistake to ever consider supporting a local business. The sales person is super sleezy, kept pressuring my wife to buy a fridge without getting a plummer to check if it fits or not. Her reasoning is oh just buy it if it doesn't fit they can always refund for us. However, when the plummer says that plumming fridge cannot be used for our house. They flat out refuse to give a full refund. They even tried to blame it on my partner for not checking before buying when it was them who convince us that it was the right thing to do?? The item has never been shipped out and they refused to process a refund for us. We were pretty much forced to buy another fridge from them otherwise we won't get a refund, and they don't don't even carry stocks on hand. We moved to a new place without a fridge for 2 weeks due to these incompetent company. Took over 2 weeks to get it shipped out to us because they are so useless to the point that they don't even have a delivery driver who can deliver when the fridge is back in stock?? What's even worse is when the 2 delivery guys came, one guy constantly stared at her from head to toe the entire time instead of actually trying to put the fridge in the right place. It's 2024 how can you operate like this and expect to not be out of business? Stay away from this business, they will always bait you saying things like we asians we have to support each other but once you've purchased from them you are treated like trash. Go to other stores where they actually keep to their words and don't stare at you like a piece of meat. Disgusting

Very poor customer service! Sales team there are very pushy, wanted to buy a sound bar had to order it in, I had a change of mind and wanted a different brand but they wouldn’t sell me another brand because I had one on order so I canceled that order and then the proceeded to say I owe them a restocking fee of 25% ($175) before I could purchase anything else, so I went to another betta store had great customer service and got what I needed straight away

I most recently purchased a rangehood from this business. The salesperson, Sim, was most co-operative, friendly and accommodating through the whole process. I would go back to the business to purchase other items.

Had a great experience when shopping with these guys. Easy to deal with, answered my questions, delivery was organised and arrived on time as promised.

Ordered a washing machine from them..no response for 7 days.. finally arranged shipping of the washing machine to deliver a clearly damaged and broken machine.. Top cover is smashed, back cover was smashed in causing the belt to rub and pulleys to whine. The store refused to take any responsibility, handballing me off to Hisense when the purchase was made through them, they are responsible for fixing it.. I'm now stuck with a damaged washing machine, which I will have to repair myself as thier customer service is terrible.. Can see where the pulley was rubbing on attached photos... Top cover smashed also.. can't even push a button on that screen without the screen falling inside. Avoid these guys like Wuhan bat soup.

Purchased 1 item online a month ago. Still hasn't arrived and no replies to my emails to follow up where it is.

We were referred by a friend to this store. From the initial call to set up an app and find a new rangehood, Sandy went above and beyond. We went with the ROBAM Hurricane. It’s too early to tell but we’re hoping the product holds up and delivers in the years to come. Extremely quiet but most importantly the suction power is next level. You must ask for a demonstration and they priced match an offer against the competitor business for us. We’ll provide another update in about six months. Thank you again Sandy

Walked in, advised the customer service guy we were going to buy a TV and use HUMM. After telling him we had $2000 limit numerous times we found a TV we liked when we went to pay he told us he couldn't do the sale price and it would be $2500 because we were using humm. Once we walked out of the store because we didn't feel comfortable anymore he chased us down and told us he could try for a better price.

Excellent service from Sonny when making enquires. Prompt delivery. Good communication & very helpful follow up. Probably should have asked a bit more about delivery/installation options, as was a bit of a drama to switch door opening. But overall great experience.

Worst delivery driver ever, so rude didn’t help left the furniture outside in the cold and wet and just left, 0 customer service, gave attitude when I asked him to help me. Worst experience ever

Fantastic store & service. Bought a coffee maker online for mother's day, followed up with the store and was promised it'll be shipped on the same day. Machine arrived a day later in time for me to wrap the present :D Hard to find a business that promises to do what they say. Very impressed with the customer service, will be back for sure!

I recommend this Betta in Springvale for their excellent customer relationships and service. Very impressed especially with Sim. She worked hard to change my disgruntled mood after not being looked after at another store. And she has flipped me right back into the positive. Fantastic fast an efficient, delivery was done on the day and communication was spot on alway kept in the loop with what was going on.

Went to pick up my oven. Guy wouldn't even talk to me. Asked him if they were open and he says half half. Will look to get my refund now.

Took deposit for a TV (OLED65C7T) nearly a month ago as part of the black Friday Specials. Still waiting for the TV. Was told 1-2 weeks. Now nearly a month. No communication. They keep telling me it's arriving. I keep having to chase them. Terrible. Sales person I've been dealing with (Cliff) has now gone on leave for 2 weeks. Again, no communication. Just me chasing. I want the TV that I ordered or a refund of my deposit immediately. I'm expecting a call back from the manager (Sim). Ben
