Went to buy an air purifier. They had a good range. The guy that served me was really rude and snapped at me when I asked for info about the products
Went to Frankston store this afternoon, looking for a computer screen. No Sales people to help me. I ask the front desk for help, they told me someone is coming. No one came to help me. Eventually I asked someone at the front desk for help. When I received the computer screen, it looked second hand...extra tape had been added to seal it and the box had been written on in a number of places. The person at the front desk said it is definitely a new product. Then the cherry on the cake was they forgot to give me a receipt. (: It took nearly an hour to buy a screen. The Good Guys were not so good to me.

We tried to buy an oven from them but ended up sacking them because they mucked us around so much. They had our money. We never got the oven. We then went to Founds in Rosebud who were fantastic from ordering to installation with good prices and outstanding customer service, the complete opposite of the “Good” Guys Frankston . The learning - always go to the little guys not the big guys

Went in 2 get a new oven but not one person was around 2 help my mum and her friend pick an oven. Asked one girl 4 help but she just said ovens wasn't her area and then she just walked off didn't even offer 2 get someone else 2 help us. So we left and brought one else where.
I recently had to buy all new appliances for my new place and the team at good guys Frankston were awesome at putting everything together for me and giving me a fair price, my only complaint was that I used their delivery and install service for the fridge and washing machine, the lazy Muppets they out source this job to are useless, they did the absolute bare minimum! Wouldn't level the fridge and argued with me about the removal of the wheels under the fridge that are only there to move it! The fridge was on a huge angle and they said it's not their job🙄 I had to tilt the fridge back by myself and remove the wheels so the leveling feet could touch the ground and put the fridge at the correct angle! This is not fully installed in my opinion! Just do it yourself and save the money
Great service from Kienan at Frankston today he was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was a great salesman who went above and beyond. The only reason we didn’t give him the sale was because he didn’t have the stock. He called other stores with no luck. Will definitely be back to see him for other purchases.
Olivia assisted my mum and I with getting a new school computer on a tight budget.Olivia along with her manager named Gary offered us the opportunity to purchase a demo model at a very good price!! I would highly recommend everyone to shop at the good guys in Frankston as the service you receive is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Shocking service, actually non existent last night. Went in to buy a dishwasher. No sales staff in sight. Asked at desk for assistance, girl said she woukd call someone. Nobody came. We were thete for a good hour between 530-630pm. Not one person approached us. We were ready to buy. Lost our business.

Upon entering was greeted by Brody K, chill yet respectful guy, super helpful, answered every question honestly and if he wasnt entirely sure he looked it up to confirm. Came in just to get an idea of price range and whats what with vacuums....left with a vacuum 🤣 All the props to this guy, absolute champion. Staff at the counter were nice too.
The staff there are ‘helpful’ but not actually helpful. They are nice and happy to ask/check, however would never come back. It took me an hour to wait for ‘one’ staff to find a back order pick up and another two hours to buy a camera. I will recommend never come to shop this store. Worst shopping experience that I ever had!
Shout out to Andrew at Frankston Goodguys. He was super knowledgeable about all things garment steamers and was able to steer me to the perfect product, who knew you could get 7x scratch resistant!
From online order to deliver of my LG Black French door fridge/freezer it was about 22 hours! Exceptional service. The delivery guys arrived on time, setup the fridge, took all the packaging with them, including the old fridge. Thank you.
Trying several times to call contact store by phone to confirm delivery as text message says it has been rescheduled. No one picks up the phone. In store help fine when buying, but after sales service is very poor

John was amazing and helped us as soon as we enquired about the JBL Partybox Speaker we purchased. Showed us the differences between the 110 and 320 and we ended up with the 320.. even though we spent a bit more than intended, John gave us a great deal! 😁 The register staff were very friendly too which is great 😀 Even the staff at the back where we picked up our product were very helpful, quick and carried it to our car even 👍 Thankyou Good Guys for the always amazing services ❤️ Will always return to this store - Great and easy service all around
I have bought from Good Guys Frankston for many years and my last purchase was another great experience. I went to another Good Guys first and was very disappointed. But Frankston Good Guys came to the party and gave me a great price on a washing machine and next day delivery. The salesperson John M was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through and explained the product and helped me choose the product suited to my needs. I highly recommend Frankston Good Guys and will definitely be going back for great services and competitive pricing.
Service from Scott was excellent. Delivery guys turned up in a filthy truck without The Good Guys name . They were rude and very unpleasant. It was an effort to deliver to our laundry. Recommend Scott but not the delivery people. They should not be representative of The Good Guys.

Solid advice, knowledgable staff and will price-match any legit advert. My experiences with GGF have always been good. A special shoutout to 'Mich__l M' who was excellent when I purchased my Macbook. He didn't try and get out of a price-match and was courteous and made the experience great. I will always be back when looking for appliances or electronics. Update: I bought another MacBook, Emily was friendly, helpful, quick and made my experience great, thanks so much!!

Ordered a TV and sound bar about 6 weeks ago. Was asked to pay 20% deposit which I did. Was told they would contact me when in comes in, they expected about a week. I have called 5 times to see when it is coming in. Each time I’ve been told it’s delayed. Called again today, and they said it’s still delayed. Told them it’s not acceptable and they told me they cannot get it into the shop until I fully pay for it. Why didn’t they tell me this 6 weeks ago, I would have gone elsewhere. I wanted the TV for the footy finals. After spending 10’s of thousands of dollars there, this will be my last time. Goodbye Good Guys Frankston. 😡😡😡😡😡
Just had the best shopping experience at the good guys Frankston :) from the gentleman that help us pick a washing machine, the cashier and the pick us guys around the back for pick up. All so helpful and friendly 10/10 experience

The exceptional service from the sales staff and delivery staff on our kitchen renovation was outstanding. From the sales staff who were so professional and knowledgeable about the appliances we were looking for to the delivery drivers, I can only say the service we received from the Good Guys Frankston was way beyond our expectations. They held our appliance's until we were able to accept the delivery. They kept us informed on our delivery from the time it left their dispatch until it reached us. I am happy to recommend The Good Guys Frankston if you are looking for any appliance.
No customer service whatsoever. Ellie was rude and unhelpful in resolving an ongoing issue with faulty goods, along with other colleagues that don't return calls or provide any follow up. Recommend avoiding this store and going elsewhere.
Would like to shout out Jack at the Frankston store. Took a lot of time out to go through all of the appliances that we wanted, and made some really good recommendations based on factors that we didn’t really know about. We got a Fridge, Washing Machine, Vacuum, Stand Mixer and Coffee Machine and he was incredibly helpful with the whole process!

Very poor service!!!!! I paid for premium delivery service and got NO service!!!!! Dropped the machine in the door and said we are not putting it together we are just dropping it here! It didn't come the day it was supposed to...that's OK we can live with that but when you pay for a service and are not given it is absolutely disgusting!!!! Hopefully you change your delivery company because these guys are doing you no favours!!!!! Went in store and Matt and the girls at front desk were so apologetic but they atw the ones that have to cop upset customers because this delivery service is useless!!!!!!"
Zero customer service, no one wants to assist and when you finally talk to someone, they can’t help cause it’s not their area! Every time we go to this store, I don’t know why we bother going back!!!
Just wanted to let you all know service l received from Scott was above and beyond. Customer service, knowledge of product was exceptional 👌 even though l had spoken to another staff member originally! Scott missed out on the sale but he gave me his time his knowledge calculated the efficiency explained the pros and cons of each product. I nearly walked out but Scott saved the sale and l got the best service and am very happy with my purchase of the Miele 7kg heat pump dryer.

Cameron went above and beyond to replace the oven with the correct one and had the new one installed at the good guys expense . Had the most amazing experience with the staff here buying a coffee machine. Especially Bridget who took us through the machine in and outs so perfectly, answering all of our questions, the manager Garry who made sure we were being looked after every step of the way, and Olivia Jane at the register who was a total ray of sunshine, going above and beyond for our order, despite tech adversity and a very busy store, so our order can be delivered to us easily. All in all amazing experience, great customer service, very impressed!!

Spoke with the manager Gary today in store about a problem I had with some earbuds my partner had bought, and he was amazing to deal with. Incredibly helpful, kind and understanding, and absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do to help, he is a genuinely great person.
Had issues with an LG washing machine, the manufacturer wasn't coming to the party in any kind of hurry but Andrew and the team sorted it all out and I couldn't be happier with the service from their team

Disappointed in this stores service on so many levels. Daughter purchased and paid for a microwave, received notification that it was in stock and ready for collection. I drove to store, and after waiting 20 minutes at pick up area, was told no mircowave was there, unit daughter had paid for, had been sold again. Went into store, management on the day less than helpful, basically said nothing they could do.. My daughter had received the alert on the Monday, i was there on the following Sunday, but daughter had rung on the Saturday to confirm i could collect, at no time was she told that the unit had been sold and only a demonstration model available, which they can't sell. Rang the branch on the Monday and spoke to manager, explained the situation, they offered an alternative replacement model which wouldn't suit the area where microwave was going. Manager said he would get back to me, after saying he located one in Dubbo. 1 week later, still no correspondence initiated from store, i rang again, to be told, no Dubbo's was a display model as well, unit is now coming from Busselton WA.Waited nearly another week, when i rang the store again, to find out when we would receive the microwave and was told it was sitting in the store waiting collection, even though i had been advised that it would be delivered to my home. This was then organised and i was advised microwave would be delivered on the following Monday, the unit was delivered on the Saturday, luckily we were home to take delivery otherwise it would have gone back to the depot. Customer service at Frankston store is not forthcoming even as high as management level.
Great service inside the store, BUT terrible delivery service
I booked a dishwasher drop-off and installation. It never showed up, and when I called, the girl on the phone said they forgot to put it in the system. They freely admitted it was their fault and yet brushed off any thought of compensation despite me having taken a day off work. Typical sort of the poor service you expect these days from companies such as the Good Guys. 1000s of pages of fine print to protect them and no policy at all in the event of their own faults.

Interesting Black Friday sale. When the 'Hot Buy' price of a coffee machine seems to be the same as the per sale price. Just with a new label.
I had a bad experience and then a wonderful one. Im in a wheelchair and couldn't get anyone to serve me. First time this has ever happened here. Not only did they not serve me but turned their backs on me and pretended i was invisible. Finally i found Gladys. What a sweet person. Nothing was too much for her. Her and Sarina helped me and my husband. 2 wonderful young woman.
Talk about making something simple very difficult. Purchased a small car vacuum by click and collect, and was informed at the pick up point that even though its a small item I had to drive around to the back of the store to collect it. No, they would not walk to the back of the store and bring it down to me) Finally found the place then waited 5 mins for someone to show up (no bell and no way to let staff know you're there) then the young man asked for the confirmation email so he could scan it (fair enough) but would not give me the item until Id given him the Paypal transaction number and my car registration! They must be joking! By the time I found the info he needed, signed for it and got back to my car, from arrival at the shop to departure was almost 20 minutes - to pick up a small package for goodness sake! I certainly wont be buying by click and collect from the Good Guys again, my business will go across the road to HN where the process is quick and easy.
Late last month I noticed my fridge might have a gas leak. I called up The Good Guys thinking they'd help me out by picking it up. Instead, they said I had to lug it over to them myself – not what I was expecting, especially given the potential dangers of a leaky fridge. After I dropped it off with them, weeks went by. Then out of the blue, they tell me I've got to come pick up the still-broken fridge and handle things with the manufacturer directly. Honestly, that felt like a bit of a kick in the teeth, especially since I'd already gone out of my way to get the fridge to them in the first place. I refused to pick it up under those circumstances. Now we're halfway through this month, and guess what? I'm still fridge-less, and they still have it. Not thrilled with how The Good Guys have handled things, and just wanted to give a heads up to anyone else who might be dealing with them. Update as of October 16, 2023: I was recently contacted by a representative from The Good Guys who offered a resolution to my situation. They provided two options: a full refund of the fridge's purchase price or a replacement with a new fridge. They seem genuine in their efforts to rectify the situation, which I appreciate. Still, the overall experience has been mixed due to the initial difficulties.
Great staff and very combative prices
Purchased a product at a Good Guys in Western Victoria that was faulty. I purchased the warranty. My warranty experience was absolutely terrible and took 11 months from first report to a resolution. And required my constant badgering to make sure the matter progressed, having received zero proactive contact from the warranty provider. In the interim I relocated to Frankston, whom once the warranty process was allocated to them it was resolved within one week. Ryan was a great assistance in what has been a stressful process and arranged for a store credit and swap/delivery of new/old appliance. So, The Good Guys Frankston were “the good guys” of the story. I will say for any people curious about warranties, if the warranty of the item you are purchasing is to be with Domestic & General, note that it is like getting blood from stone. I would only pay for the warranty if you acknowledge that you may have to work really hard to get them to live up to it. So, in short ‘TGGF’ 5 stars ‘Domestic & General 1 star’.
The product itself was great, a Hisense Fridge. However, the delivery drivers were not. They were struggling to get the fridge through the door and proceeded to slam the door into the wall creating a small hole, where the lock is on the door. They left the fridge in the middle of the kitchen and not in the fridges slot. We had to call our friends to come and help us lift and move the fridge into its wall and remove the foam base underneath, whilst taking the old fridge away. It’s sad because the fridge was excellent, but there review site and delivery men were not.
After purchasing two houses worth of appliances, I returned with full intentions of buying another batch, including a TV, soundbar, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, and more. Unfortunately, finding someone to help me was next to impossible, and the few employees I encountered were quite rude with very poor communication skills. Upon entering The 'good' guys with the intention of spending thousands of dollars, I ended up leaving empty-handed and decided to go to JB-HIFI instead to purchase the products. If the manager happens to read this, I would appreciate it if you could verify my previous purchases. Overall, my experience made me feel like I was in an American pawn shop rather than a reputable store. Due to the unhelpful and disrespectful staff, I have no intention of spending any money here again.
Staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful altho sometimes difficult to find someone to actually assist you. Today I found someone to assist within a minute. Needed a new charging cable for my laptop today. But have brought many things from here in the past. Often adding on the concierge extras so I get a longer warranty but also for the credits provided through out the year. Many electrical items available. My go to place for anything electrical. Have brought 2 laptops in the past, a fridge, 2 stick vacuums, new oven, new split system and many other items.

I always shop at the goodguys frankston. The service is great. The only thing that has gone wrong was the delivery guy wouldn’t take my old fridge just outside my back door on my veranda. The goodguys organised another man to help me. Thank you.
I would never shop there again took my phone in for warranty was playing up now it did not have a mark on it and has never been dropped took it in to goodguys they couldn't see any physical damage so they have sent it away to tell me almost 2 weeks later that the screen is cracked and there trying to charge me to fix a phone that is under warranty they cracked my screen and trying to tell me it was already like that but I took photos of it before I took it in but no they still want money to fix what they done

Purchased a Samsung pump dryer and washing machine Scott W was fantastic best customer service I have ever experienced. Scott took the time to explain and run through a number of products with out pressuring to make a purchase. He took the time to listen to previous issues we had with our other washing machine and gave us genuine advice. Anyone looking at purchasing from the good guys Frankston and ask for Scott.

Used to be the place I came for all our tech, but today we were greeted by no one and waited over 10 minutes because over 4 of your staff decided that texting and standing around together having a laugh was more appropriate then serving customers. Finally get spoken to and I’m lied about the price of an item just so the guy doesn’t get less coms. Luckily Harvey Norman had the same item just 100mtrs away.

Ally listened to everything I had to say first ( about an error in purchase of an air-conditioning unit) And immediately organised a delivery pick up for the next morning and a full refund ( via email as she was so thoughtful to remember that I dislike answering phone calls ) Efficient..I had troubles for over 4 weeks trying to contact anyone online to assist with the pick up and refund. What took over 12 people WEEKS to not do, Ally did it within 24 hours. She is an asset to your company. A very pleasant experience.
